Job Description
- Open to applications from fresh graduates with any degree
- Responsible for addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests via chat
- Required to work in rotational and night shifts
- Work mode: On-site
- Location: Gurgaon (applicants must be residents of Gurgaon; pick & drop facility available)
- Essential requirement: Excellent English communication skills
- Employment type: 12-month contract (possibility of transitioning to client payroll based on outstanding performance and business requirements)
- 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs
- CTC of 25000 per month plus additional benefits

- Rotational and night shifts

- Exceptional communication abilities
