Job Description
- Handling inbound calls from customers/clients to address queries, requests, and complaints
- Working in rotational shifts and night shifts
- Immediate joining required
- Working from the office location in Chennai
- Contract role for 18 months with the possibility of on-boarding to client payroll based on exceptional performance and business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts
- Immediate joining preferred
- Graduates in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are eligible for this role
Salary
CTC: 18600K per month + 25K Bonus
