Job Description
SUMMARY
Contribute to the achievement of our companys objective by fulfilling the following:
Coordinating and executing developed marketing activities and campaigns in regions to increase direct consumer interactions, collect feedbacks and getting maximum brand exposure through various designing initiatives.
Initiate and lead projects to improve the Marketing system.
MARKETING
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations,
express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
Update and maintain internal databases of designs,photography, and video
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral,signage, internal communication, newsletters, andmarketing materials and packaging
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
Requirements Strong understanding of Marketing Principles, Concepts/Theories and Tools, Engagement, Public Relations, and Communications.
Ability to proficiently coordinate marketing that result in positive branding or sale for our companys and its products.
Events organizing skills
Designing skills
Working knowledge on print output and production interface.
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript
Experience in design software products (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, et.al.) and other graphics design applications
Education : Undergraduate or equivalent qualification constituting marketing/ promotions/ event organizing/ graphic designing
Ready to Work in FIJI
Benefits 3 years Contract, if performance good renewed for another 3 years.
In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
