• Shifts: Rotational US Night Shifts (10 hours, including a 1-hour break)

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues
• Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer calls
