SUMMARY

Aluminum Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Foreman to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our aluminum fabrication team. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, plan work assignments, provide training to team members, manage inventory, and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the aluminum fabrication team.

2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all operations.

3. Plan and schedule work assignments to optimize productivity and efficiency.

4. Conduct regular inspections of work sites and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

5. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

6. Manage inventory and order materials as needed for ongoing projects.

7. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress.

8. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the fabrication and installation processes.

9. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

10. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

Proficient in aluminum fabrication and installation techniques.

5+ years of working experience as an ALUMINUM FOREMAN

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
