International Customer Support Representative

Our client is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. They offer Strategy and Consulting, Technology and Operations Services across more than 40 industries.

Job Description

Responding to inbound calls from customers/clients to resolve inquiries, requests, and grievances
Adhering to rotational and night shift schedules
Immediate availability is necessary
On-site work at the Chennai office
Contract position for 18 months, with the potential to transition to client payroll based on outstanding performance and business requirements

Requirements

Exceptional English communication skills
Openness to working in rotational and night shifts
Immediate availability is preferred
Any discipline graduate
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary

CTC: 18600K per month + 25K Bonus
