This would be an individual role reporting to the Branch Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
1) Sales target achievement - Ensures achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated areas.
2) Relationship management- ASM will be responsible for maintaining relationship with all the key stakeholders- Dealers/Retailers & Influencer (AID/DMI) with the help of the team.
3) Responsible for regular market visit in order to guide frontline sales team & also to maintain connect with the stakeholders
4) People management- Responsible for reviewing, training , coaching & mentoring the front line sales team
5) Feedback & grievance redressal of the major stakeholders (Dealer/Retailers/AID/DMI)
