AR Caller (Night Shift)

Location: Chennai
Experience: 1-3 Years in Denial Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller / Analyst to join our team in Chennai for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in denial management and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies to resolve denials and claim issues.
• Analyse and resolve payment discrepancies by interacting with insurance representatives.
• Work on denied claims, identify reasons for denials, and resubmit claims with the required documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of claims to maximize revenue cycle performance.
• Document call notes, action plans, and outcomes in the system accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing and resolution.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality during all interactions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in denial management and AR calling in the healthcare domain.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, insurance guidelines, and claims adjudication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with insurance representatives and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze denial reasons and develop action plans for claim resolution.
• Proficiency in working with billing software and MS Office tools.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts and meet productivity and quality targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in handling U.S. healthcare insurance claims.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD codes, and medical billing terminologies.
