Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a Sales and Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our sales and marketing team to support efforts aimed at expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting with client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, trends in the production industry, and competitor analysis.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Sales Support: Help prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Administrative Support: Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing databases, and preparing reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and coordinating sales-related events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • CRM Maintenance: Assist in managing and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activity and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the production, entertainment, and media industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development, or the entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video production and media content creation.
