BabyMD is a complete, round-the-clock paediatric chain of clinics for new-age parents, with a bunch of services all under one roof.
We offer holistic paediatric wellness solutions through our physical clinics & telemedicine, focusing on not just the child, but also the parents.
Some of our services include consultation, vaccinations, development assessment, therapies, lactation & nutrition and many more.
We have 2 clinics so far & plan to launch 4 more clinics in the next 3 months.
Job Overview :
- BabyMD seeks a motivated Sales Manager to lead activities in schools, societies, and pharmacies etc.
- The role involves driving partnerships, executing campaigns, and managing activations to promote BabyMD's child healthcare services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for successful outreach initiatives.
- This is an on field role & will involve travelling across Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Offline Business - To drive clinic growth through offline sales channels.
- Direct impact on Business P&L of the company
- School Activations: Build relationships with schools and manage health camps, awareness programs, and presentations to school authorities
- Society Activations: Engage residential societies for health camps, vaccination drives, and lead tracking for conversions
- Pharmacy Activations: Partner with pharmacies for promotions, referrals, and increasing patient footfall through activations
Other Experiments :
- Explore new engagement avenues with doctors, corporate partnerships, and other stakeholders
- BTL / ATL - Implement BTL/ATL marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Lead Generation & Reporting: Generate leads, track key metrics, and provide performance reports with improvement suggestions
- Lead Conversion - Follow up and convert leads into business results
Requirements :
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or activations, preferably in healthcare or education
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel for activations across the region
Preferred Skills:
- Offline Sales - Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in working with schools, residential societies etc (Not Mandatory)
- Past Healthcare background preferred (Not Mandatory)
- English, Hindi & Kannada (good to have)
