Brief about the Team
Tata 1mg's Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Has actively worked on healthcare vendor onboarding & management especially manpower, ambulance.
2. Has managed providing services for OHCs and medical rooms for 2+ years
3. Coordinating with the requirements recieved from the business teams to ensure consistency and alignment in service fulfilment as per overall business objectives
4. Execute vendor due diligence and monitor progress as per defined SLA and identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
What we are looking for:
A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
1. Overall experience - 5+ years ( preferably in healthcare industry ) with atleast 2+ years experience in OHC vendor onboarding and management
2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
4. Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to develop and manage performance metrics.
5.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
