Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive - Sales


Role Overview:


As an Account Executive - Sales, you will drive revenue growth by managing target accounts across global markets. Your focus will be on leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and advanced outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients. You will showcase our innovative solutions in GenAI, Cloud, and Data Analytics, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • ABM Strategy Development: Design and implement ABM strategies to target and engage high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue goals.
  • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end ABM campaigns, including strategy planning, execution, performance tracking, and optimization to ensure strong ROI.
  • Account Targeting: Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other sales intelligence platforms to identify and prioritize key accounts globally.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Monitor engagement metrics on LinkedIn, refine outreach strategies, and identify opportunities to expand account penetration.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
  • Content Personalization: Partner with the marketing team to craft personalized, impactful content and messaging tailored to decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor account performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continual improvement in client engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and deal closure.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on global industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.


Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of working with ABM strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in selling enterprise technology services or solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of GenAI, Cloud, and Data Analytics solutions and their business impact.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Adept at managing complex sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Work Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones, including night shifts if required.
