• Responsible for selling products or services to customers over the phone, email, or through live chat
• Generate leads, build relationships with potential and existing customer
• Understanding customer requirements and closing sales
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all for internal communication
• Responsible for making cold calls, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities

• Identifying, qualifying and incubating prospects over phone.
