It was a good experience to attend the rounds of interviews with ZestIOT. It's a typical tech startup and I was interviewed by the directors & founders. And perhaps it made the interview experience bit different. Typically in an IT MNC when you are interviewed by people at different levels of management, they want to understand your project management skills. What you do in your current role, what are the KRAs etc. and then try to map your answers with their project requirements. I would say it's with a vision how you can add value immediately if hired. But here the questions were constructed to understand how you can see the big picture. How you can help the company grow in a long term, not just as a PM, but also as a senior level decision maker. They tested my EQ. They tested how I am as a person, my maturity level etc.
