In my previous organization, I worked as a Project Manager where I successfully completed various projects.

My name is Rajesh Gangapuri, Working for Wipro LTD for HSBC client as Agile product manager and scrum master, Our team has build an inhouse chatbot product which has capability of searching FAQ/document with help of Machine learning technology, the tool can integrate with any other tools if API already available. Currently we do project planning/ tracking on Jira and confluence, our team consist of 8 engineer and if any addtional engineer or expertise required then we borrow engineer from project buy proviing relevant funds.

Any kind of development required for any business on this tool we take funds from business team depending on complexity of work, efforts required.
