In this round they generally call the person to office. But never go to office for this. This was my worst interview in my 10yrs career. They gave me a assignment and some hardware to demonstrate. They also asked to do all software setup and hardware setup on your own. They called just for one day, but luckily I stayed with my relatives for few days. On first day, i started with the setup. Faced a lot of problems with settings. Even they could not able to solve the settings issues. After spending, whole day at their office, they gave me the hardware and asked to get the assignment done at your residence and come to office. Next day also I struggled with settings changed the system too. But another system had another settings issues. Anyhow, i solved the assignment and programmed the board, which took another day, again they are also struggling with the same. But for testing again you need another setup. Third day, I went to office, and asked them i have done with assignment but for testing, setup is not getting installed. They also tried on my system, after getting failed. They gave me another system, which was pre-configured. I performed demonstration setup, taking an hour. The power went off. The system the provided was not having any backup. So everything went waste. I informed them for this. They requested me to do setup one more time. I agreed and did the setup. Again after half hour power went off. Now they are coming up with their own stories for their failure.

These people don't know, how to take interview. Wasted my complete three days. In last they are saying, the purpose was to seen hands-on with hardware. That's fine, but they should understand that a firmware technical lead with 10yrs experience must have done hands-on with hardware also.
Their behaviour was completely unprofessional. Office was very small and congested.
Suggestions: Never for for their interview.
