Round: Technical Interview
Experience: I don't remember the questions, but all the questions were logic based. They did not want the language specifics. They just wanted the logic behind the solution you propose. Nomura was looking for people good with database systems. So most of the technical questions were query based. And the remaining questions were puzzles. It was a great experience. And I am not great with database systems, so I steered the interview towards my strong points.
Tips: Just try to answer stuff. Don't plainly say "I Don't know" without even trying. Remember this: a bad solution is better than ni solution.Be confident. Learn to steer the interview according to your convenience. And make it interactive. Ask questions to the interviewer(not stupid questions:p).

Round: HR Interview
Experience: My HR interview was very long. It was not like an interview at all. More like talking to a professor. We just discussed my internship at barclays and why am I choosing Nomura over barclays. And then we were talking about movies! It was very chilled.
Tips: Be very confident. And give interesting answers and examples in your life to back them.
