 Export shipment checklist check for every export.
 Tracking of shipment as per DSR (daily shipment report)
 SAP as per Invoice & Physical Receipt.

 Handling the shipment of the LC transaction (loading at the warehouse and delivery after getting
the BRO)
 Maintain all Logistics Records / DSR – Shipment Status.
 Coordinate with Dispatch & Packing team for dispatch plan as per Sales Schedules.
 Vehicle management as per dispatch plan.
 MIS (Freight and Logistics MIS): Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
 Vendors invoice processing.
