Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Kindly try to avoid this company as they will waste your valuable time …they have wasted almost 1month and after 3,4 rounds and for the final round they keep on saying you have one round with one of the co founder who is not in India and they keep ok doing the same after that they dont have anything to say.Pathetic HR as well as team .already interviewed there and they called me to office after waiting for 5 hours they werre like Main person is not here who wants to meet.
Pathetic company as well as work culture .try to avoid companies like these.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

For documents and background verification uploaded all docs and UAN details. Again suddenly in the morning hr message in LinkedIn , says that there will client discussion round. When i asked them what is about the interview. They didn't event replied . Actually it was another technical round, where he interview question like all
