Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was contacted by Suseela Budda from Solugenix HR Team for senior oracle dba role on 28th Aug 2020 via email. we had discussion on job position and my profile details on 2nd Sep 2020. Later my interview was scheduled thru Microsoft Teams video for the 1st round of technical discussion on 4th Sep 2020 about 45 mins and cleared the same.
2nd round of technical discussion scheduled on 8th Sep 2020 and rescheduled to 9th Sep 2020 due to Panel unavailability. Had cleared the interview (35 Mins) on next day 9th Sep 2020. 3rd round of interview with Director Madhu scheduled on 11th Sep 2020 for 1 hr. HR called me on 16th Sep 2020 and greeted that i have cleared all rounds of interviews. Need all education and experiences documents and i have shared all docs by next day. HR called me again on 18th Sep 2020 to inform me that Director round feedback is shared and am selected for Lead DBA role due to my Resource Management skills and Delivery Skills. Also informed that offer discussion will be happening next week with HR manager.
I waited for 10 days for HR Manager/HR Recruiter to come back and i did not get any response and i tried reaching them several times.
upon calling 2-3 times Suseela HR picked my call and informed that offer is pending due to Director Madhu has fallen sick due to COVID-19 and had to wait for next week to get approval to release offer letter.
Also she suggested me to look into other opportunities.
This is my pathetic experience with Solugenix India.

My question is -
1) if project sow is not signed and trying to recruit upfront and wasting my time and their time.
else
2) Are they misusing my education/experience/ID proofs (Original Photo Copy) for other purpose.

Am just concerned about this and i strongly do not recommend this company for interviews.
