Experience: It took me a lot of time for me to make my first resume. Although i have made a lot of changes in it and it is totally different from my first one. I keep on updating my resume and still i think its not what i want.

Experience: Interview was the most important pat of the selection process questions were purely technical .they asked about my project paper presented and training and gave some practical problems interview was for 45-50 minutes.
Tips: Required a good understanding of the core subjects like manufacturing and machine tools.

Experience: HR was apart of the technical assessment itself they inquired about my background and my interest to join the company.

Skill Tips: In the interview the interviewer seemed to put stress on me in the last to judge my temperament rest was all routine type of procedure they followed. Experience: Maths was easy from R.S.Aggarwal, the analytical was the toughest among the 3 but not so tough.
Tips: The important chapters like time and work, time and distance, trains, percentages, sets, data interpretations.. english had antonyms, reading comprehensions, sentence completions only one or two words were unknown. Practice questions from R.S.Aggarwal. Verbal. That is a must.

Experience: The tech interview was for one hour and ten minutes but i was asked very basic fundas. no high funda questions. project was asked. then i was questions like Bernoulli equations, prove it on the water bottle kept it on the table, some questions on ideal gas law, heat transfer questions, difference between combustion and oxidation general stuff ,it was simple. But students from mechanical and other branches were asked proper tech stuff.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: There was no hr interview as such but i was asked more HR in the interview. I was asked why do you want LnT, LnT pays low so why will u continue here. Where do you see yourself after 3 years? What are the qualities of a project manager?, will you fight for your rights etc.

Skill Tips: I would say it was a nice experience and gave me actual feel of a campus interview. For people who are looking for a hard core technical job i would say from my internship experience that this is an amazing
place to begin with even though the salary is low.
