Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The first 3 rounds was very well structured and process-driven. It was a pleasant experience till the final round where the experience for me took a 180 degree detour.
The final round with the senior most member in the company was way too personal and he seemed to have a lot of biases. There was absolutely no structure in the last round and the worst part of the interview process was that absolutely no feedback was given for the rejection despite excelling in all the other rounds. The only reason provided was that I was over qualified for the role, then why even interview me across the duration of 7 weeks!
The senior management and HR should show some respect to the candidates who put in the effort to go through the elaborate interview process and provide feedback to candidates if not selected. They tend to ghost the candidates without any concrete communication when things don’t work out. Some leaders in the company seem very good, hopefully the culture will improve in the coming months.
All the best with the interview process! If not anything else, you will learn quite a bit and improve as a professional.
