Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hello everyone , I’m a staff nurse working in one of the NHS hospitals in the UK
My advice for facing the interview would be to illustrate your passion in the job through your answers also in the way you present outwardly for your interviews.
First ,you need to be a patient and clear listener and understand the question first and then answer , your pause of few seconds doesn’t matter much but answering it correctly matters and to questions like why this job and what do you expect , these questions you should answer from your understanding rather than the bookish wordings.
Second, your outward mannerisms matter in a big way for the job interviews. By mannerisms , I didn’t direct it neither towards a sophisticated , sleek and a customised interview look not towards a slack , shabby unprofessional look.
Rather , a simple clean look is enough, the cost of your clothes doesn’t matter much but wear whatever you choose in a dignified manner.
Another aspect is the basic mannerisms like thank you , apologies matter when facing interviews especially in a hospitality field like hospitals where I’m from.
Adding further would be maintaining a straight sitting posture rather than slouched and not fiddling with other things when facing questions.

Altogether, just remember a important point that I have heard someone saying which made me think is that those few minutes you have inside the interview room is for you only and how you ace through it also yours only and not the interviewers’
