Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - You will be asked very basic to easy questions. No hands on experience needed as the ones who are interviewing are from no engineering background.

I applied via Referral and was interviewed in Jan 2024. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - One-on-one 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Round 1 was with hiring manager, questions were around background experience and case interview with deep dive into network design and metrics. Went well
Round 2 - Case Study 

Round 2: Deep dive into setting up the systems for a company doing xx work. Dwelled into details of system requirements, user personas, platform needs, how to setup the network etc etc. Interview went quite well
But for some reason none of the further interviews were scheduled despite this be a round of 4-5 panel interviews and HR stopped responding, For a senior role, this is poor candidate experience

I applied via LinkedIn and was interviewed in Feb 2022. There were 2 interview rounds.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I didn't find Lowe's professional in my case. They had setup One-on-one round to understand product and role and then moved with second round. In second round, interviewer didn't like the responsibilities. They were so disconnected.
