My daily activity involves providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving tickets.
I handle around 50 users on a daily basis.
I am familiar with ITIL process and have experience in following it.
I have knowledge of Windows server and can perform tasks such as configuring and managing user accounts, setting up file sharing, and installing software.
I am also familiar with network ports and can troubleshoot connectivity issues.
