First, I conduct a meeting with a client to gather requirements, then I do research on those requirements, and finally, I create documentation such as BRD, FRD, and DFD using wireframing, use case diagrams, flow charts, data flow diagrams, and activity diagrams.

Then I conduct the session to explain the project to my technical team by providing BRD and FRD.

After that, solving the Tickets raised by the previous clients on previous project , i assign it to the respective technical team

I used to participate in a stand-up call or daily scrum meeting to get an update from the technical team on their recent work, any obstacles they found, and what today's task was.

I conduct a Retrospective meeting for what went well, and what are the suggestions for the future by pushing an Excel sheet into sharepoint.

1.Initiation- this stage will include discussion of cost, project benefit, details of project, and project related things with stakeholders.

2.Requirement Elicitation- This stage includes documentation like BRD,FRD, requirement gathering of the project with the help of stakeholders.

3.Execution- This stage includes the execution of the project with the IT team, the management of manpower for the project, and the distribution of work to the team.

4.Monitoring and controlling- This stage includes monitoring the project, solving blockers of the IT team by communicating with stakeholders or project manager, and taking updates of project state.

5.Closure- It comes at the end stage of the project when the product delivery time comes.
