Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - At first they ask to fill a form in which they ask to share the personal details and then they send for the interview in which questions are asked from the teaching background as their profile is about reformation in teaching only.
When I qualified the interview I was said by the HR that I am selected and my job is final and so I have to come for the orientation process which is just a formality and I have to be there for the whole day. I attended the orientation in which they explained their work and then asked me to do the same on their new project. I worked for the full whole day and then I was asked to leave and was told that they will share the feedback. I waited for many dayd. Neither I got the call nor the HR responded to my calls so overall my experience was very bad as my money and time both were wasted and giving someone hope and then not responding is not good.
So I would advice everyone that before going for orientation just ask them confirmation letter or appointment letter of the job cz nobody wants to waste their time for free of cost.

I was interviewed in Sep 2019.

Interview Questionnaire

1 Question

  • Q1. Questions related to experiential and experimental teaching. Curriculum and syllabus. Mostly questions were related to teaching

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Firstly they ask to fill the form in which you have to share your personal details.
Then they take the interview in which they ask about yourself and things related to teaching profile as their work is related to teaching only.
After this they ask to come for the orientation process for the whole day if you get selected.
In the orientation they explain their work and ask to do the same on their new project for the whole day and then they said that they will share the feedback.
I waited for the feedback for full one week and called HR many times but I got no response.
My experience was very bad as I worked also for them and before that HR said that I am selected but after that I got no response. So it's my advice that before going for orientation please ask them to give final appointment letter cz I don't think that anybody would like to waste their whole day free of cost.

I was interviewed in Aug 2019.

Interview Questionnaire

1 Question

  • Q1. Very normal questions related to teaching profile as what is experiential teaching and experimental teaching

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This company totally cheated me. They called me for interview and asked me some normal questions related to teaching and then they asked me to come for one full day for orientation. The HR said that I am shortlisted for the job.The orientation is just a formality before joining. I went for the orientation and worked for full day from 9 to 5:30 on their new project. After that concerned person said that they will share the feedback and HR will give me a call. After that day I continuously called the HR for one full week bt I received no response from any person. They didn't even respond to my mails. So don't ever go for the interview and naukri.com should also not register such fraud companies with them. My time, energy and money everything was wasted..
