Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First F2F round and case study was given by the co-founder. These 2 rounds were good and i cleared them. Then my profile was with founder for review and selected for further round. In the 3rd round, hiring manager with barely 4 yrs of experience conducted my interview and rejected me. I do not understand on what grounds. Also if the co-founder and founder selected me then what is the point in conducting 3rd round with someone junior? This fellow lacked experience in conducting interviews and trying to show off his knowledge.
