Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview was both a technical one and a HR one. It lasted for about 1 hour. GM (South) interviewed me . It took place at S&W office at Chennai in end Dec 2017. I kept my cool. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my experience in customer service of air conditioners and how I earned service revenue in my previous companies. I answered them to the best of my knowledge. They wanted me to generate good service revenue -at least Rs.2 crore rupees per year .
