It's my way of questions for interview voice process. Ask to name, qualification, where did he came from & something about his family details. Then ask to self introductions that helps to find how he is Able to speak well boldness & brave, knowledge & communication skills is important . After that how many languages he knows then speak somthing for a languages, It's find out for language skills. If experience to which company he had work, when did he was quite the job, how long he was worked & something about did his job details.
