Because there are people working since 10 yrs have placed there base like Mr Gupta, Sandeep Sawant, Peswani and no other management is unaware about there nuisance , they ask for expected salary and while negotiating will rase only 5 k increase in inhand salary. Just for the sake of name it’s German test work culture is like Lala, very egotistic, inhuman attitude and not at justice driven nor pratical nor realistic
