Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: this was a telephonic round : There I was asked basics of web development (e.g Session, hidden variable difference between POST and GET etc. ) and basics of PHP e.g global variables etc , little bit of mysql e.g joins , difference between left and right joins.

I applied via Campus Placement and was interviewed in Sep 2022. There were 3 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

One hour aptitude test, after clearing that, some basic coding questions were unlocked.

Round 2 - Aptitude Test 

This one was face to face. Basically, the approach to the question was seeked by the HRs rather than the correct answer only.

Round 3 - HR
