What is your professional and academic background?At the time of the interview, I had 5 - 10 years of experience.Span Communications interview Rounds:Round 1
Round type - Verbal discussion on roles and responsibilities
Round duration - 10-15 minutes
Round description -
The interviewer spoke about the company and the role I was being hired for. Post the brief intro, he asked me about my experience and whether I have a similar background or not.

Round 2
Round type - Verbal discussion
Round duration - 15-20 mins
Round description -
The interviewer shared expectations of the company from an Account Manager and asked me for my availability at the earliest. I was also told that as a client servicing person, I have to be available 24*7 as clients may contact me as per their convenience. So it is my responsibility to cater to them irrespective of day or time.

Round 3
Round type - Salary discussion
Round description -
I was offered the role along with a package quotation which was lower than my expectations so we were having negotiations on the same.
