Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I got a call from the COO of the company. SkillSanta was about to enter into a new domain. They wanted me to take up the responsibility for running that program. I said yes, because I was driven for accountability and authority also I wanted to work , help the company grow and take the risk of working in startups cause previously I was working in Wipro and ShibBob USA. We had a shared vision of Upskilling India's youth as well as placing them in tech Companies. I was hired and I could have been rejected.

To put simply, I was honest all around the interview. Wanted to learn all sorts of stuff which we don't get to learn in established companies apparently. And yes by now I have really learnt alot with SkillSanta.

I would recommend if you are an entry level professional , do find yourself in Startups. There is a whole lot of things that you will get to know as you have the opportunity to interact with everyone in the company. Be honest, be energetic and most of all dont doubt yourself. Propose points in the interview that you can back up.
