Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - One of the worst experiences I have encountered during an interview process, I was called and had a telephonic round followed by a technical test and then got a call back from the HR stating that I was short listed and to visit their office in Pune and since I was not from Pune I checked if any alternative was provided (eg. a video call) but the HR (Seba) denied.
Since I am not from Pune I shad to travel all the way from my hometown to their office on my own expense as I was trying to secure a job. I completed all the round and was offered the position I interviewed for post HR negotiations to an extent where they asked me to join immediately and to start looking for accommodation in Pune.
I was very happy and upon returning back I followed up with Seba but she ghosted me and when I kept trying she finally bothered to answer and inform that I was no longer considered for the role without any explanation and just that “I was back to square one” this shattered me and put me in self doubt. Thankfully my parents were supportive and asked me to let go.
However, I would like to reiterate that this is the worst company I have come across where they didn’t respect one’s time and effort and then ghosting the candidates further shows how unprofessional this organisation is, today I thank God that ke kept me away from such an unprofessional and toxic environment. I would also like to point out that the HR should have some decency to at least follow up and inform the candidates if you have already offered them a role, pathetic experience and pathetic people I am sure.

If I can warn anyone I would suggest y’all stay away from this highly unprofessional organisation.
