Bajaj only need uneducated, attempt cases , failure in graduation etc... They don't need graduated people to work there. Because they only need slavees not employees in their concern. For a single role, they give multiple works. They continuesly give work until u fell down. They don't respect anyone in their dealer organisation. They treat their employees as like dogs.
Boot lickers for owners shoes will be given promotion as managers and salary hikes. No peaceful atmosphere inside. Employees feel that they working in a jail. If they sneeze also, the matter goes to owner's ears. Arrogant management.
