My aptitude test consisted of some trick questions and brain storming questions. Along with this, I had to go through a live Advanced Excel & Intermediate Excel test.

Q1. What is your strengths and weakness?
Ans. Try to have 3 to 4 strengths and 1 or 2 weakness. Be genuine with what you speak and try not to overdo things. For example: I am a very humorous person, if you genuinely are you will crack it but if you say it just for the sake...you will only be bringing the axe down on your own feet when they impulsively ask you to display your humor.

During this phase of my interview, the HR of the company discussed with me the way they work. They talked about the company, its culture, code of conduct and alot more. While all this is happening you are being judged as to how patient you are or how good a listener you are. So make sure to build your hearing capacity.
