Skims was my beginning of postgraduate teaching . Started from SR n finished as professor .Hence faced interviews n assessment at every promotion. Besides day to day anaesthesia work n intensive care work there used to aptitude test , administrative knack n much about postgraduate teaching skills . It used to be a great experience of facing stalwarts of the speciality.
