Experience: On that day huge strength of students was attended, including our university. The criteria are 60% in 10th,12th, and current degree without standing arrears. However I qualified for this round. It was simple.
Tips: 1. Command over the vocabulary.
2. Reading of newspaper and novels regularly.

Experience: There were 7 groups which consisted 10 members each. Each person had given the time seperately to talk about the topic and later HR was asking a general question.
