Experience: First round was quite easy, on the basis of good and interesting resume they shortlisted few candidates.
Tips: Keep your resume/cv simple and to the point.

Round: Test
Experience: A topic was given to each candidate on which we have to make web banner.
Tips: Keep your design simple and creative.
Duration: 2 hours

Round: Personal Interview
Experience: From the test round 3 candidates selected for PI. Panel of 3 member was sitting to take the PI round.
After the general questions, they moved to skill and software knowledge based questions, tested each candidate by putting them in different stress situations.

Tips: Always calm and maintain your cool.
Be honest about yourself and your skills.
