I was called to Nagpur for final round of interview after weeks of delay in response.
During interview owner of the company who is one of the director asks you to work from Nagpur vs HR said it's WFH profile..( No clarity within them)
Post interview they make informal offer of salary and ghost you for few weeks again.
After you follow-up they share status.
Our CMD felt you are not fit for the profile. After making offer? Mood swings?

They cannot afford young and expensive resources. Calls you for waste of time. At time offer they rejects you will silly reasons like you are too young or you are not from industry etc.

To HR Head :-When you shortlist for final round if you don't have clarity from management why do you give final round interview calls?

Company CMD:- If you can't afford young and Expensive employees don't waste time hunting for best talent. Hire local sales wala.who follows what you say. Make sure he is of your age.

Tip to people going for interview:- Be clear on expectations, profile and get ready to work for sirji madamji lala culture. If you are of that type of talent this company is ideal for you. Till the boss has mood swings.
