Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - At the start of career, many times candidates feel to get high profile work allocation but this ideology does not matches with the hiring organization. The need and importance of the work allocation is decided by the organization and to start working with a low profile always helps as it creates knowledge base of the working of organization and after all no work is small or big. Never resist in taking a profile at the time of interview as it shows reluctant nature of candidate. Always accept the offered profile but simultaneously one can ask of the career growth plan in the organization.
