Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - HR/Interviewer was unprofessional
No Respect for individuals time or have any sort of communication flowing to avoid any inconvenience.
I applied through their website and received a response over an email after 3-4 days, requesting to take the Online Assessment in 48 hrs. Post completion of the assessment there was no response from HR for a week whether I cleared the Test or not? After that the HR called to ask whether I was scheduled for an interview as they had Virtual recruitment drive going on, so I agreed to join the drive and recieved an invite from HR for the next day at 12PM duration was 1 hr.

However No one joined the call from XL Dynamics and the HR was on Work off so no way to communicate whether there was any delay or it's postponed or cancelled due to which I had to be on the call for 45 min post which I exited the call.
I Replied on the invite explaining the situation however no response.

Post weekend I texted HR and asked to reschedule the interview. After confirming the availability of the interviewer she send the invite.
Again the interviewer did not join the call for first 30 min. Upon checking the status of the interviewer was busy on different call.
Again no communication whether its delayed or postponed or cancelled., either from HR or the interviewer.
After pinging HR multiple times interviewer pinged on the message board stating "will join you shortly" If I would not have pushed the HR to check there would not have any response.

Finally the interviewer joined the call, He Did not introduce himself as who he is, which position he holds in the organization and since when etc which is a basic etiquette of an interview.
He started bombarding questions one after the other as I felt he had a checklist to ask list of Pre-defined questions and have to finish it as soon as possible.
I answered all the questions swiftly with utmost clarity and Sincerity
However the interviewer was not happy with my answer for leaving the previous organization when I was on the peak of my career. Also the Salary expectations based on my last withdrawn was not sufficient. However as there company portal states Salary is not the constraint for the right candidate. Which seems to be a mere motivational Quote.
