Experience: After one or two days, HR person wished me and congratulated me as i have passed all tests and interview, but HR informed again that i have to attend the Operational round through Skype, which would be conducted by the general manager or CEO, i could not know exactly.

Experience: I had a worst and odd experience in Operational Round. First that person came on Skype without showing his face and started wishing and asking questions. When i asked humbly that why he is not showing his face, he told me that is because of security reason; i could not understand that and he made me with different thoughts and expressions. I could here his voice and questions by watching my own face on my phone in Skype. He was giving indications with OKAY FINE, GOOD, NICE etc until finishing. He told me that HR will call me again.

Experience: When that manager told me that i will receive call that day onwards evening, but i did not receive any i waited and called after more waiting; then HR gave me shock that i was not gone through well lastly
