Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Try to be adamant and be very determined with the Chairman or the head person when discussing salary , or you might end up suffering (like me) earning much lower than you deserve. Eventually you wont come to know about it , but after you leave the place people will definitely ask you why did you work for so less and a simple salary comparison on Ambition box is enough to tell you how much you should get and can negotiate. Anyhow , Coming back to the point The Chairman is super exploitative and would talk to you in a very condescending tone. DON'T allow him to walk over you. The director might better but be totally well prepared for salary discussion . And remember if they reject you , you are at no loss , probably this might sound like a very stereotypical advice but there's a high chance that you might land up somewhere better, because in this competitive world where price of commodities increase every 3-4 months , if you fail to make a living , pay rent and utitlites , despite of having a full time job , you are not doing much.
