Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Dear job seeker,
I recently attended an interview in this firm for content writing, hereby i am sharing my personal experience with the regarding interview process
1. Had an interaction with HR on video call, it went through general questions about my self and family background
2. They sent me aptitude test questions
3. After accomplishing aptitude test they told me to write an article about DIY investing vs Mutual investing, right age to invest for retirement and flyer content, I did everything in my power to impress them,
4. Next day I got a call from HR to come for a last round of interview, that made me think that my work has impressed them that is why they are inviting for further process,
5. I went for the last round of interview, which consisted of few steps,
1. HR interacted with me, asking the same questions that had been asked in a first round, they should have already noted the answers in first round, so that do not need ask again,
2. After that they sent me to the respected manager of the department who is saying that by looking at my submitted work I looked to lacking of knowledge about respected field, if that is the case should have told me this before inviting for the last round, that will be saving their and my time as well,
3. Finally they were willing to give me another work to do before making decisions about my employement. And we departed from there, waiting for HR to send me the work i am to do, but now passed i am yet to get work, finally called HR what about the work that you were to give, she is saying sorry your not shortlisted,
They should have told this after going through work i have submitted,

Wasted my time, prestigious company but lacking of morals

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was a technical one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour 10 minutes. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my B.Tech curriculum i.e. computer science related topics. He stressed a lot on the basics related to my project topic. Luckily I was able to answer most of the questions correctly. I tried to answer each question with examples and also used props on the table (like pens, paperweights, pen stands etc.) to explain my theories. It was my first offcampus interview, and I think I did pretty well for a fresher. You need to stay calm and should apply presence of mind. Please go through the job description thoroughly word-by-word and recheck your resume to
ensure that you are a best-fit for the position.
