NEET advisor is a company which helps neet aspirants to get a good college as per their rank, they won't have to struggle alot, because NEET has team of people who work on colleges environment, way of teaching, reputation etc.

Yes I will be comfortable in interacting with students and will be able to mak them understand about how will be we helping them in getting the best college as per their rank.
In previous organization I used to look after customers queries as I was into customer service. Interacting with customers solving their queries, probing more to understand the issue and helping them in getting their query resolved.
