Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I recently worked here in Aakash AD team for 7 month but the hierarchy and work culture was so toxic that we had to work from 10 am to 8 pm ie. almost 10 hours a day and this is minimum hours in wfh model, even after working this hard our GM Subhendu Chandra and AGM force us to achieve unrealistic targets and don't even release our incentive and keeps scheduling incentive release date, there is no job security every month we think oh thank God one month paased there is no communication no written mails u will suddenly get to know that u r fired without any prior notice or mail forge people who were in system for more than 3 month they even give closure to those who haven't completed 90 days in system
With these hierarchy Aakash is on verge of becoming BYJU'S 2.0
I mean what can we expect from those management who came from Byjus
