SAP Labs Interview Experience | On-Campus | SAP Basis Consultant
I participated in SAP Labs' 2025 placement drive at Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) for the SAP Basis Consultant role. The process included three rounds: an aptitude + CS fundamentals test, a group discussion (GD), and a technical + HR interview. In the GD, I confidently initiated the discussion on "Being Famous vs Being Knowledgeable," supporting my points with examples. During the interview, I discussed my resume, internship experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, and machine learning models like Random Forest Regression. I also explained my problem-solving approach and adaptability to new technologies. I was one of the five students selected, and it was a great learning experience. My advice to future aspirants: Be thorough with your resume, practice aptitude and CS fundamentals, and work on communication skills. #Experiences #interviewexperiences #Experiences-QnA

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I really had a bad experience with this company. It has very good ratings interms of company culture and other stuff but very bad in interview process. There 3 rounds , 1st technical , 2nd Manager and technical round, 3rd is HR round.

I cleared 1st technical and I gave manager round. When I was giving the manager round I got a shock from the manager saying that they are looking for Junior java full stack developer and HR told me it's Java Full stack developer and I have 5 years of experience. I don't how they can interview a candidate for junior role with 5 years of experience and most importantly without informing the role.

At the end i got rejected , and HR saying your not good in technical as a lame reason , how did you schedule the second round who is poor in technical interview.

Manager didn't ask any pure technical questions and he directly mentioned about the role.
It's completely waste of time , hope and efforts.
Guys please don't give interview without proper information please cross verify again and go for the interview.

It's truly pathetic......

Tip 1 : Try to come to basic working solution as early as possible
Tip 2 : Try to ask more questions from interviewer, to clarify the question even if you know the answer
