Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Dear Aspirant,

If you are a fresher, then the most important answer you should be knowing is "Who you are?" In simple terms, you will be asked ''Tell us about yourself"

Remember, the better you are able to describe yourself the bigger will be the chances of getting through. It simply means how well you have tried to understand your own aspirations, Personality traits, abilities, and skills. Of course, if they match with the company culture and job role requirements then a decision in your favour is more certain.

For experience holders, applying for similar job profiles as earlier, they got to be very clear on the value addition they shall bring with themselves. For e.g learnings from the previous organization, business network (contacts OR PR) which will be helpful in fetching new business to the new company. Also, a clear vision for your own life and career gives confidence to the interviewer about you.

If you are changing your sector/ domain then again clarity of why you are doing so and how the learnings from the previous job will help you perform in the new domain is utmost important.

Hope this helps you. Thanks for reading. Do share experiences.
